Princess Tootee sits with quiet Egyptian-like authority as befits a deity worthy of worship. However, using the notion of ancient artifacts as a vehicle to consider the decay of maternity and motherhood parallels Princess Tootee with that of a forgotten civilization.
Synthesizing the latest digital communication technology within the traditional craft of mosaics brings this work into the contemporary world.
